Dangerous, prohibited and restricted items

Prohibited Items The following items are strictly prohibited from being sent or delivered through Wingman Deliveries. Any violation of this policy may result in account suspension or legal action.

Illegal Items

Drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances (including prescription medications without proper documentation).

Counterfeit or pirated goods.

Stolen property or items obtained illegally.

Hazardous Materials

Explosives, fireworks, or flammable items (e.g., gasoline, lighter fluid).

Toxic, corrosive, or radioactive materials, organic peroxides, infectious substances, oxidizing substances.

Batteries with hazardous components (e.g., lithium-ion batteries not securely packaged).

Weapons and Ammunition

Firearms, ammunition, or any type of weapon.

Knives, swords, or other sharp objects intended for use as weapons.

Pepper spray, tasers, or other self-defense items.

Live plants (unless properly documented and permitted) or flowers that may spoil during transit

Live Animals

Pets, livestock, or any living creatures.

Human Remains or Biological Materials

Ashes, organs, blood, or other biological samples.

Offensive or Harmful Materials

Pornographic or obscene content.

Hate speech, discriminatory materials, or items promoting violence.

High-Value Items Without Insurance

Cash, jewelry, precious metals, or high-value electronics (unless explicitly declared and insured).

Restricted Items

The following items are allowed only under specific conditions. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in penalties or removal from the platform.

Alcohol and Tobacco

Allowed only if both the sender and traveler comply with local laws and regulations.

Must be properly packaged to prevent breakage or leakage.

Prescription Medications

Allowed only with proper documentation (e.g., a valid prescription).

Must be declared with a stat declaration and approved by the traveler before acceptance.

Fragile Items

Glassware, ceramics, or other breakable items must be securely packaged and declared

Travelers must agree to handle these items with extra care.

Electronics and Batteries

Allowed only if securely packaged and declared.

Lithium-ion batteries must comply with safety regulations (e.g., UN 38.3 certification).

High-Value Items

Jewelry, large sums of cash, or high-value electronics must be declared and insured.

Both sender and traveler must agree to the terms of insurance coverage.

Legal Documents

Passports, contracts, or other sensitive documents must be declared.

Travelers must agree to handle these items with confidentiality and care.
